Chris's brother's wedding. Part 1

Chris's brother, Jason was married on Saturday. It was a traditional wedding with two days full off activities. Chris was asked to be a groomsman, Matthew was the ringbearer, and Ashleigh was the flower girl.

Friday afternoon they had a bridesmaid lunch that was at Cafe Trio off of 6200 S. and 3000 E. Ashleigh was invited to attend since she was the flowergirl and I was invited and the soon-to-be sister-in-law. It was a lovely lunch. They had a cake with charms under the cake. Each charm ment something. Ashleigh pulled the baby bottle which ment that the couple would have beautiful children and that they would also be lucky to have a baby who would sleep through the night at 1 week old (good luck with that!). Ashleigh wanted to get her picture taken so here are some highlights of the luncheon.

After the luncheon was over, we headed up to Log Haven up Millcreek Canyon for the rehersal. It is a beautiful place for a wedding. They wedding was to be held outside by the pond that is at the bottom of a waterfall. Matthew and Ashleigh wanted to be playful and didn't want to do what they were asked to do, so I knew that I was in for a big job.

Following the rehersal, we ended up at Falcon Park in Sandy, for the dinner. It was barbeque food from Pats BBQ with cream puffs, cheesecake, and eclairs. The kids played at the playground and had some fun, even a couple of bridesmaids were found playing with them.

Friday, was a great day.
