New Calling

So today, I was released as the Relief Society 2nd counselor. I was called into the position 2 years ago when Joshua was 4 months old. I never really understood why I was ever called into this calling except that my Patriarch Blessing tells me that I will have much to do in the relief society program. And even when I felt like I fell short of serving the sister due to my age and in-experience, I did enjoy being in Relief Society. I love Relief Society even if it seems funny or strange. I love how it makes me feel and I love the lessons and being with the sisters in the ward.
That being said, I am being called to be the primary pianist. I quietly kept my piano playing to a min in this ward because I felt the after 7 years playing the organ/piano, that I needed a break especially having small children. I have not really played the piano for 5 years and never really played the primary songs. I could easily pick up the hymns again but I am nervous about the primary songs and playing to many errors. I will be nice to get back to the piano, but we are not bringing the piano from my parents to the condo so we bought a small keyboard which is not the same but I have enjoyed they few days that it has been here.
I hope that I can do a good job playing for the children in our ward.

hehe that's what i am too! I'm a terrible pianist but they don't seem to mind as long as i keep the melody going. :) You'll do great. The songs aren't too bad at all!
