Weight loss and the biggest loser.

Tonight the teams did what the previous teams were not able to do, which was to lose 150 lbs on the second week. A couple of people lost over 15 lbs. That is AMAZING!!!!
Yesterday, I managed to get on the treadmill for 100 minutes and today was a hard day and I want to end at 30, 60 and even at 80. But in my mind I kept thinking of Bob and Jillian yelling at me if I was at the ranch and to keep moving. So I did my 100 minutes and I feel good about myself. I wish that I could get 10 plus pounds off a week, but the 2-4 i get is pretty good at a home level. I hope that as this season continues, I can continue to loss weight with them, even if it is 2-4 lbs a week.

Good for you! I am trying to lose weight too. Like you it's coming off slower than I want, but last night I weighed myself and I've lost 22 pounds:) Hang in there and thank you for sharing your experience!

You are awesome! I'm trying to lose weight too (I think I have been my whole life) and it is nice to know other people are doing it too. Keep up the good work... all of us. :)

You have to remember that the people on the biggest loser exercise 6-8 hours a day. At least you are making an effort. Working out an hour and a half a day is sooooo good. 2-4 pounds a week is a healthy amount of weight to lose.
