This is our little boy Joshua. He was born on March 13, 2008. The due date was March 21, 2008 and the schedule c-section was for 7am on the 17th. I went to a doctors appointment following work on the 13th and found out that I was in pre-elcampsia. The nurse sent me to Jordan Valley Hospital to get some tests and to be put on magnisium sulfate to get my blood pressure down. After about an hour in the labor room the doctor decided that it would be best to deliever him, so I had him by c-section and he was born at 7pm. He weighed 5lbs 1oz and was 18 inches long. He had trouble breathing and eating so he was taken to the nursery to be feed and get oxygen and he remained there for 2 days. He was born the day after my 29th birthday and the day before my 5th wedding anniversary.
Joshua has been such a joy in our family. He is so happy and love everyone and life. When he was 6 weeks old he was dropped out of his carrier and hit his head at the bottom of the step that lead to our entrance of our condo unit. We spent the night in Primary's emergancy room. We feel that between the pre-elcampsia and the fall that he had a guardian angel because he was suppose to be here at this time of my family's life. He loves his sibblings and wants to always be with them and do what they are doing. He is a good eater, and loves to give kisses and hugs and likes to cuddle, he will spend his time watching those around him.
We are blessed that he is in our family.
Happy 1st Birthday our sweet little one. We love you.
